Brand New account Posting random words on bounty threads which is Spam. I know there are some threads to report Plagiarism and multiple account connections. But, I don't know where to report Spam. So I reported some of his posts, and I found this thread. It seems like some moderators also interacted with this thread. I hope they will take care of this spammer. I quoted some posts for reference.
I think they just want to reserve a spot in the campaign, so they plan to come back later and edit auth posts. it's definitely spam and it's perfectly fine if you report it to a moderator.
Where to report such users? I just find a few more similar spammers, who reported their posts but yes ban is more than recommended.

I think he talks about the time limit for the post report.
I don't see the need for someone to write a post in a shorter period of 17 seconds, is it even possible without it being spam?
