Actually you now need to make 21 additional Activity points to make it to Jr. Member Rank (>=30 Activity, >= 1 Merit) and post your images, but going over your posting history, you’ve seemingly got a fair share of backtracked Activity that you can recover by simply making 21 (decent enough) posts, surpassing the 14 Activity points that is normally capped per fortnight.
