The KYC details is not question here because we all know that it’s the requirements of the law. The one that many user made comment was the procedure of the KYC of cloudbet is not the usual way KYC works. It looks like it was specifically designed to the accuser for something that he done to cloudbet support.
The accuser is known for doing this same complaint about KYC to other casino and he only encounter this specific KYC procedure on this casino and the rest of his case is just whining about requiring him to do KYC but not this manner that caught my attention. But we don’t have any bearing here to decide this matter for cloudbet on how they handle this matter.
So in this case, there is already something bad told in this story and some relevant information missing. But, logically, Cloudbet does not have to make any justification here, because this could violate personal information.
