If you are asking for Ever? meaning not today not tomorrow instead in any time? then if thats the case then my answer is completely YES .
Bitcoin had reached more than that , and even will reach more than the ATM so expecting this to happen is indeed but the time prospect is the problem if when to happen and how much it could be.
The answer would provably yes since there are so many times that bitcoin hit the floor so bad but it recover and hit again another all time high which people didn't expect. So if talking about future most provably it is since adoption level is so high and government is quite interested about its global demand so maybe this one could bring huge demand which can create a organic bull run for bitcoin.
