The excellent Real Madrid midfielder Casemiro, who played a key role in Real Madrid's 2-0 victory over Frankfurt in the UEFA Super Cup final, has unexpectedly become Manchester United's final target after their attempt to sign Adrien Rabiot was unsuccessful owing to pay issues. However, rumors claim that the Brazilian is uninterested, and Los Blancos haven't received any offers.

I don't see any reason why Casemiro would be interested in such a move - he feels great at Real Madrid, which is now a top club, while United have already dropped out of this status. I believe that United have such an interest, but in order to even begin discussion of this transition, United must offer an absolutely incredible amount of money.
Next season, there is a possibility that Modric and Kroos will transfer or retire. If they also sell Casemiro, they will lose 3 midfielders. Maybe even 4 if Ceballos does not sign with Real Madrid again. Of course, this might be a move to replace the MCK trio with VTC as Valverde-Tchouameni-Camavinga. Bellingham is a good addition to the new trio. The rumor about Real Madrid wanting Bellingham has been mentioned quite a lot so it seems carry merit to the whole setup. Blanco can stay on the reserve list or can be loaned instead of completely selling him off.

I think Kroos already said in a Podcast that it is not over for him yet. lI guess it also depends a lot on their performance over the current season and whether they stay healthy or not. If one of them seems to be more susceptive to injuries I can well imagine that the club's leadership will decide against any extension of their contracts.

As for Kroos, if I recall correctly he also said that Real Madrid will be his last club and he doesn't really plan to still play when he is close to 40, but who knows. When you love soccer and your bones are still alright, I think it is quite hard for any player to give up what you love the most. Also, when you play for Real Madrid and you qualify for the champions league for another season I think a player would still want to play it. I am still impressed by the performances both deliver for Real Madrid still.
