Yes, he thought that he can outslug a brawler, so he fell on Martinez strengths and didn't used his own advantage. That's why I was quite surprised with his strategy in that fight and I said that Jerwin will lose it if he didn't change his style. And unfortunately that what happen. So I'm expecting a different version of Jerwin in this fight. The old Ancajas that loves to box and dance against his opponent and uses his physical to outpoint or even score a tko or ko victory.

Changing style is not the best thing to do. There's no need for Jerwin Ancajas to do it.

What he just need is to mentally and physically prepared for the fight. Do everything to become physically fight.

Any style and strategy will do and can be effective as long as the fighter is 100% conditioned as they can execute those properly with that status.

He actually did change his style of his fight against Martinez on the first fight and for me this is the biggest factor why he lost it, as @lionheart78 has said in his post, he adapt to Martinez style of brawling which is not his bread and butter.

So there will be no changing in his style, just his usual boxing will be do. Because all the brawlers he face didn't win against him because he all outbox them.
