The moment he posted this thread, the price of btc was 18.3k but maybe he missed it because he still asks if btc can get a little lower but over a week later (on june 30 to be exact) the price has dropped to 19.1k. This is better than his target and he definitely bought it and as we can see he already said "it's done" so I assume that he won't buy at a higher price anymore but he will only use his other 50% reserve amount when his other price target was reached.
