I have seen people complain about Ann thread, sometimes they see it as a medium to victimise a casino which is actually not. A very serious and ready casino for business needs to build a beautiful and insightful ANN thread. It is not ok to just build an ANN thread and abandoned it, they should have someone who will be active in the thread.
ANN thread will provide good suggestions and criticism that will help thr company.
ANN thread will also be a space to solve some problems and clarify issues and most especially where someone can know the reputation of the gambling company.

An ann thread shouldn't just built as a mere thread to show that they have it. An ann thread represents their brand and this one made by OP losses that purpose in not making it meaningful and professional.
And having it, OP or any representative of theirs should be active and that's why this thread did received that type of review.
Most likely, it should really be a place to announce things and updates from their casino and should also receive criticism and complaints from their players.
But, do they have that much number of active players?
