Both btc and eth are strong fundamental coins and even I cannot suggest you to invest all money in this . Now I feels like btc no more huge further hard dump . That is very worse condition if do possible. Now alts will definitely pump when btc up
Yeah, it's a good sign since BTC is not moving any downward rather than we go up at a slow pace.
