I guess it won't be easy for Man United to sign Casemiro. Money can indeed solve many problems but money will not always be the answer to everything, the proof is that what Man United offered to De Jong was not able to shake his stance. Most likely if Casemiro gets certainty (about his contract extension at Madrid) then surely he will reject the offer from Man United. If only Real Madrid didn't give Casemiro any guarantees, then Man United will have a hope to sign him, but it is also possible for Casemiro to stay at Real Madrid until his contract ends, which means Man United should come back at a later date if they still want him.
To get Casemiro already seen the green light from Real Madrid. Initially Manchester United offered Casemiro for £50 million, then Real Madrid raised the price to £60 million.
Manchester United agreed to the price desired by Real Madrid. If this is true, Casemiro will only have to undergo a medical to join Manchester United and the former Sao Paulo man signed by Real Madrid in 2013 will become only the fourth player to land at Old Trafford since the arrival of Erik ten Hag.
Can Casemiro is pretty 100% back to England, Manchester United. Tho Casemiro now compared to his performance which peaked 2-3 years ago has dropped quite a lot. A high salary like £60 million is not a problem for Manchester United IF Casemiro can immediately save Manchester United's midfield. But I fear that a lone Casemiro who is far from his peak might not be able to help much unless Manchester United have even more player to secure the midfield and back up for Casemiro in his low day.
£60m is the amount Casemiro wants Real Madrid to cost, not a salary. The salary Casemiro will receive is £290,000 per week if he joins Manchester United. I got the amount from The Sun.
The presence of Casemiro in midfield is considered to be able to help Eriksen in managing the game because Casemiro serves as a counterweight as he did with Real Madrid.

Real Madrid are willing to let Casemiro go because he has won all the trophies with Real Madrid and I think Real Madrid is showing positive things as a professional club by not stopping every player who wants to find a new challenge outside of Spain.
If Casemiro is allowed to go to Manchester United, Real Madrid opens up opportunities for other players to continue what Casemiro has done with Real Madrid.

Manchester United will finally get a key part of their plan to bring Casemiro to Old Trafford from Spanish La Liga giants Real Madrid. United landed the midfielder on a four-year contract in a £60m (€70m) deal. It took just three days of negotiations, with Casemiro allowed by Spanish side Real Madrid to undergo a medical at United on Friday.

Having lost their first two Premier League games under new manager Erik ten Hag, United are in desperate need of a new player addition.
It's one thing to look for new addition to the team, and another for those additions to cause a turn around for them. Presently, Man United are earnestly looking for players who will save the team from the relegation zone they have been placed and I honestly don't think Casamero would do the trick.
It was believed that the signing of Christian Eriksen would help their midfield and coupled with the other players, Man United would see victory.
I just think Erik should not just be concerned with adding new players but work with the ones he has.
