IMO, the 8-month transaction is also getting counted.

Since you're not allowed, you can success withdraw before the site lock-your account. In the beginning you should can't withdraw and they only allowed you to get a refund for a first transaction. Here the scenario
1. You deposit 100$ and withdrew 250$ 8 months ago while you should not play in the casino.
2. You playing again with deposit 100$ but they lock-account and found that you're not allowed. Since you already withdraw 250$ (100$ + 150$ win) that you should cannot withdraw. Because of that reason, seem like they're not gonna to refunded your past week transaction
