I didn't reach to your regulator (Dama N.V.) as their history isn't so good. I know that your system has flagged my account, but I can't find the reason of doing it. Your system has only suspected it, I have never done anything wrong there. Winz.io is asking to go through all steps of KYC verification to get the withdrawal, which is irrelevant.
I hope that you know about BTCGOSU. They are working to implement complaints/mediation center. I will use their service to see the end of this issue.
