Compensate for what? Because he transferred the money to his Stake account? He did not transfer money to his Stake account. What happened was that a theives transfer the the money to his own account.

How would Stake know if he is telling the truth? He needs a legal action about it, there should be an organization he can report this to in his country, they will be the one to contact Stake, not him directly.
