If you buy a half assed dip, you are slowing down the dump. Just let it dump and then after.. you buy when it starts rising. It is better to wait the 12K bottom then to buy at 20 and regret. If it grows from 12K to 19K then you know you should buy, but now it is just uncertainty and we should just let it crash.
