Just received this email after they blocked loggin to my account: Good Day. We want to inform you, that our company decided to stop any collaboration with you (closing your account).
The decision was made after a careful investigation of the situation by our security service. The decision is based on a violation of the Terms and Conditions.
I am not understanding this, but I have deposited 140 dollars in crypto, i have bet and not made any winnings, just some lose and i win around 160 dollars and they blocked login. and now i cannot login sent email and they sent me this message.
My account is 462338953 and please if any manager here to see this mistake by 1xbit and open my account and give me back my deposited money!
One thing that beats my understanding is that how are users able to get these threads or forum only when they have been scammed?
Why not first research about a casino before making any deposit?
I am pretty sure you wouldn't have used 1xbit in the first place had you located this thread before using the casino.
That's because many people don't know that this forum exists or don't know that on a bitcoin forum there's a section dedicated to gambling. When people feel the need to gamble they google "online casino". When they have cryptocurrencies they google crypto casino or the name of the coin that they have +casino. They don't google that with "reviews". Why? Because they act on an impulse. Sometimes they're drunk, sometimes they're down and feel like a win could make them fill better. They don't think that such casino could be a scam and take their money saying they broke TOS.
When their money is gone they have more time to look for help because they aren't able to play anyway.
