Yep. But there is a caveat - hydrogen from Russia is much easier to replace with hydrogen from another source, because hydrogen is one of the most widespread chemical elements on Earth. It can be hydrogen from different sources, marked with different colors depending on the type of generation and the degree of its environmental friendliness (green, blue, orange, brown, etc.), but it is still a flammable, odorless and colorless volatile gas that can be be used as an energy source without astronomical infrastructure investments.
