Yes, people may be interested to buy accounts if they want to do some illegal activities or avoid their personal KYC but there is no way you can nullify liquidations in your trades. 

A: I think I used the wrong words, ofc u can get liquidated, but once u get liquidated u just leave the account so u wont get in debt.

By the way, buying exchanges account is risky business and should be avoided.
