If I were a new investor in crypto I wouldn't buy top 10 projects because they already mooned. You need to invest in projects that are either microcaps, down 90% from ATH, or are launching in the near future. I would suggest ICP- the new internet, 0xMR- everyone should have up to 20% of their portfolio in privacy projects as there will be a trend in the market for these as regulators clamp down, CNDL- an new L1 that recently launched (similar to Polygon but with 80k TPS).
I agree to some extent, I would keep only a small portion of your portfolio in top 20 coins/tokens because they already pumped.

The listing on other exchanges are upcoming. Also the team is planning to publish a major publication on this project in tier 1 journal. You will not have the same opportunity to buy at such a low price once it will gain popularity.
