"Pending Approval" in BTC withdrawal means that there is not enough BTC in hot wallet 
(I have enabled 2 factor authentication)
BTC withdrawal delay more than 2 hours again.(I have enabled 2 factor authentication)
I sent email to support and no response.
Is there some other method to contact them?
Give them some time. There is nothing you can do now.
