Hi, have you tried reaching the pool operator? It could be just that the blocks need to mature. I think we will see a significant Hash Rate will increase over this weekend, especially with the last vendor announcement. With some time, the blocks will mature and the coins will release into your account. Try contacting the pool owner just to be sure and if there is still an issue, please let me know thru a PM so I can address it personally with the pool operator.
