Based on your screenshot, your other 2 payments got rejected, did you go into livechat and ask about that? Given the large sum, they might require you to do a full KYC, did you already do this? Try to also contact the Betnomi representative that is active on this forum by PM.
The previous requests were cancelled at my request. In March I also withdrew a large amount and the withdrawal was almost instantaneous. About KYC I was told that it was not necessary. On the forum in PM I also wrote.
