Now I have to make public complain against Fortunejack for forcing me to complete KYC registration for withdrawing only 1mBTC from my account?!
I wanted to transfer this amount of coins to different casino, but I had to wait for hours, I wasn't able to withdraw anything, and I received email asking me to pass KYC.
Than I tried talking with Forunejack account Ampera (Tornike) with message on forum, but he didn't reply anything to me and I see he was online after my question was asked.
If I don't receive any reply I will be forced to stop using Fortunejack, and I will warn other people about this, let them enjoy using my 1mBTC and $50 from free bet

First of all, is it even possible to request 1mbtc withdrawal? As long as I remember, their minimum withdrawal is $150. Secondly, I was asked to complete KYC as well months ago when I was trying to withdraw winning from free bet/free spins (I cant remember it exactly). There is no other choice when they ask us to to KYC except do it or leave it. But it would be nice if there is an exception for bitcointalk members to skip the KYC, especially if the members are trusted enough or at least has been actively playing in FJ for years.
Same here, I was asked for KYC years ago so I think FortuneJack asking for KYC is a normal thing. I have never experienced a problem withdrawing here ( I don't know if you consider $19k, my largest withdrawal request, a big amount) so I am surprised (tend to not believe) that this casino is scamming for a mere $400. Probably there is a breach of contract on your end @drukulla or you are playing at a restricted region. We don't know until anyone from the FortuneJack shed a light on this case.
If you feel you are scammed @drukulla you can always open a scam accusation against them. Just do what Slow death told you.

you need to provide screenshots of the conversation you had with support, it is important that you are honest and don't spam their thread, they will delete your post if they see you are spamming their thread
