Minimum amount you can withdraw from fortunejack is 0.007 BTC and I think I had around 0.01 BTC in my account, so I made correction in my previous post from 1mBTC to 10mBTC.
I don't think it's good decision to ask people for kyc like this, they should make it mandatory and than I would know not to use fortunejack at all.
I didn't win $10k or more and I didn't abuse anything so I see no reason for doing this.
