Wouldn't you get frustrated if you had to wait multiple days for your money? This is not the 1st user to experience this issue, so you would think priority would be to fix the bigger issue. Whether that be something as little as better communication between departments to expedite claims, or something as large as site is insolvent. Fix it. The user showed faith and deposited a large amount and expects better service as would any other customer.
