You just spelled it out yourself, in all caps. Which part is so hard to understand? The deleted thread is a solid indication that you broke the rules. If that's not enough, your other thread is also breaking the rules.
He didn't understand this as he thinks that selling all this should not be a problem. With this attitude he will never be able to understand and i am afraid he might come up with another ID to promote the same thing again.
More likely you got banned for selling verified accounts, as those can't be obtained legally for sale.
Your thread seems to imply that you would create fake IDs.
This topic is removed and hence no one can now try to get those accounts and lose their money. Its once a while i have seen a ban because of this otherwise most bans were only because of the plagiarism.
