Currently, the Bitcointalk forum only provides a choice of position facilities as a Copper Member for newbies who want to eliminate existing restrictions. I see some member sell 'accounts' with certain positions, but I don't recommend them, especially if you are a beginner. Just imagine an account with a high level, but those who buy it are beginners, plus the risk of being exposed to scams and others.
