Although the forum does not technically prohibit account buy/sales, it is normally going to be at least frowned upon, and it could easily lead to both buyer and seller to be negatively tagged if and when caught (that means now or in the future). Being bounties the objective, getting a negative tag effectively ruins the account for any decent campaign thereafter.
