Ethereum price will do better in future but right now we are in a bear market, not even the so called MERGE can return its value to 4,000$ again, but in next bull market we will see more than 4000$ per Ethereum.
Merge will not make it happen but the big pump in bitcoin may make it will come again. We have experienced ethereum being pumped so high after bitcoin has been very bullish. The same thing may happen again. 4k ethereum.
That's a very difficult rate for now. Im not even sure if ethereum can touch it at the end of this year. I hope you can understand it now if bitcoin was a key but not ethereum to pump the price of ethereum.
