You need to give more details such as the age of the account, the required karma, the nature of the work with the number of daily posts, is it personal or does it include promoting a specific thing, and whether it is compatible with Reddit TOS and legal.

I have seen a lot of these guys showing up on the service board lately, where it's always a new account "hiring" forum members to do simple tasks for money. Needless to say, they provide vague details and never reply to the members intrested in taking the offer. I don't know why they do these, but it's something to keep an eye on for sure.
