Hello, I would like to make a small request, a long time ago I made my account here, but now I cannot enter, it is very difficult, when I give you the option to forget the password I cannot recover the account, the email is not recognized, maybe there is something that was lost in the database? It is working fine for me, I do not think there is something wrong with their database. It can be something wrong with your email that you use to register. Can you show what you see after you fill the recover password feature? Perhaps it will help a bit for them to know about your issue better.
