Actually thats, not a simple question as you portrayed. because the truth is nobody knows when it will exactly happen, because the so-called indicators are just samples and its not final thats why the end of the bearish season and the beginning of bullish seasons is unknown because it was very hard to predict especially in the speculative industry like crypto, everyone opinion and saying is just a mere prediction or speculation, and nothing so sure about it.
