Unrealize loss that is because you have not sold yet however, your hodling will depend on the tokens you are having, some of the coins/tokens are not really good for long-term HODL, it is evident that some projects don't survive a harsh bear season but if the tokens you are hodling are of the top crypto projects and not just some shit coins, I would hodl them till the next bull season but if not, then it would be better to cut loss.
