You are putting yourself at risk by accepting PayPal, and especially if you're accepting PayPal from newbies and dealing on Telegram. I recommend using
Bisq.network and only deal with more secure payment providers.
Unfortunately, you can't do Paypal at BISQ. The same reasons, I think .... - reversible.
