My age is 27 and i am with crypto for 3 years since i start and regularly i work with mobile or pc like 12-14 hours. But in this 3 years i took my glasses in first year just a little bit of power glass. But after that in this two years also added more power in my eye glasses. Now i am worried about how much time can i stay with crypto. And in this digital working system where i can earn for long term i think i should focus on other business.Also this advice is for everyone who wants to stay with crypto and do not wants to lose his health!! All should care about his health first.
Staying in Crypto don't affect health of give health problem. If you buy any coin and you hold in your wallet, it can't affect your health.
By the way, I don't know when u need to stare at your computer screen every time just because you are into crypto. Even traders don't stay in front of thier computer every time.
There are a lot of mobile devices out there and crypto mobile apps that will make things easy for you. All you need to wait for notifications.
