I don't think they used those tokens to raise funding but in order to get those tokens you need to mine it via wagering. Thats whales wager alot during the opening of the casino because the mining difficulty is too low because if the level of difficulty increases the wager requirement also increases and the rewards decreases.
People have different perspective of getting tokens they can as well get tokens through mining and also get tokens through bounty can I also get tacos through buying from the project directly so what do we have different ways to acquire or gather their own total some tokens are not sellable and some tacos are not properly known in the market so all these are the strategies I know quite well that you can use to get your own tokens without frustrating yourse.
