I don't agree with you, this is not a right time for buying because the market is not stable only crashing, you can make money of this bear market if you know about future trading, moreover this bear market will take more time for stablity, and we can buy if we have plan for a longterm holding 5 to 10 year i think so.
never buy in a a stable market because you'll never knew if this trend goes up or down.
