Influencers are just one of the cancerous aspects of what social media brought to the table.

Most of them act like they can predict the future with almost 100% accuracy while as a matter of fact they're just as clueless as you or anyone else on what happens next with the market, and unfortunately many newbies in the market think making money with trading/investing is easy and they can rely on these accounts to give them proper advice which is not the case.

Don't get me wrong, there are some good influencers in the space that can give you great advice and help you develop a new perspective on the market and how they operate, and they often remind you that they're not a know it all and they're merely trying to increase the chance of seeing the next move of the market with their data/information provided in their tweets, but sadly that doesn't include a very large percentage of them.
