No, you cannot refund your investment because the project is created to scam people, and scammers don't care about the money they scammed. This is one of the reasons why any crypto projects that requests crowdfunding should be regulated by the authority, IMO. So that in a case like this, people will know who to contact to apprehend or file a complaint against these scammers.
