Yes, just make sure you provide a link to the original article as otherwise it might be considered plagiarism and get you banned.

There are a lot of forums in the cryptospace and there are probably too many for people to come up with good suggestions for where you'll get the list traction. I can think reddit and bitcointalk might be useful places to start though if you don't want to search around too much.

I'd recommend posting a decent amount of the article on the forum too as many are averse to clicking links but might do once they see a site with good reputation/reporting - I don't know how many actually go this way though it might be easier to get views by buying ads on faucets and similar sites once you can get ad revenue to yours.
