a Rtx 3060 at 399 EUR brand new with the 100% unlock at 49 Mhsh is a very good price,with 3000 EUR you can build a full rig with 6 such cards.It is in these times that difficulty goes down and it has for Ethereum which is at 12.79 P for the first time in a couple of months below 13 P so things are looking good from a mining perspective no matter we are in a bear market.
I would avoid the RTX 3060, RTX 3080/3090 and all Radeon models because they aren't good at mining non-ETH coins. The cards I sold were entirely RX 6800's or RTX 3060's. I kept my RTX 2000-series, RTX 3060 Ti and Tesla P100 rigs because they are great at Zelhash/Autolykos/CNGPU.Times are not 'looking good' to build a new mining rig because video card prices will decline even more in my opinion. This trend will keep continuing:
