Yes there are casinos which doesn't have KYC as mandatory but comparing to the past many casinos were forced to implement mandatory KYC so that is going to be the future and the gambler who registered they should aware of this KYC requirements or its their fault that they didn't go through the terms and blindly clicked I agree check box.
I do agree with you here since it's true that more and more crypto gambling sites are being forced to comply with the authorities forcing KYC on their gamblers, but this doesn't imply that all of them will do the same.

If that were the case, you wouldn't be able to find a single site which didn't require their gamblers to submit KYC.

You will always be able to find gambling sites that will allow you to gamble anonymously through crypto like BTC etc. Anyone saying otherwise need to improve their brainpower.
