Have you asked the support why it has happened to you?
I have contacted with them and they said to me that the odds provider has changed my limit and they have nothing to do. I think if the see anyone who is a winner then the reduce bet limit. First they make delay withdrawal. Then they ask to verify kyc and finally they will make the limit of bet.
Most casinos do that.
When someone is about to withdraw and not yet verified, they'll ask you with that. But we cannot do anything with that.
Before, they've been popular and not really compliant and pushy for KYC but it's not only them but majority of the casinos do it these days.
Well, at least before doing that, they should have informed their customers first.
