Every casino has a team to analyze each user's game I've even heard about it from several casinos unfortunately they won't tell us how they detect it
But for casinos/slots I know they will ask a third party (game provider) to check for suspected activity for example the style of play or the history of the game
No business owner or platforms would really be telling on how they would gonna be spotting out those people or users who had been doing against their terms which it would be understandable for a business to set out those kind of prohibitions and on the time you would be caught then you would really be neither be asked for some KYC or totally locked up those funds.
They arent that dumb on not to make checking's considering that this is a business then it is understandable that they would really be doing this.
No one knows on how they do make monitoring but much sure they arent that blind on not to notice something.
