When a trusted manager manages a bounty and doesn't pay it, I believe that they also have a problem with the project owner because there was a case where the manager announced it because some project owners didn't pay the manager so it was impossible for the manager to pay so many participants because of this incident, maybe by following escrow there is at least an idea that our work will be paid because there is a legal agreement with the manager.
