He probably feels embarassed and has no idea what to say after whining like crazy from the last couple of days instead of staying patient which is why he marked the complaint as resolved and ran away.
I believe that what hurts people is the following:
1 - the customer creates an account at the casino, the customer makes a deposit at the casino and the deposit arrives instantly in the customer's account, they do not ask for KYC, see this part: customer creates an account - customer makes a deposit that arrives instantly - customer is not asked KYC.
2 - after the customer has already made a deposit, the customer plays and when he loses all his money, the customer is not asked for KYC. see this part: customer made a deposit - customer played - customer lost and no KYC request
Now how does KYC appear? Answer: when the customer wins at the casino, they ask for KYC which usually takes days to approve and then it takes even more hours to release the withdrawal. but when depositing everything is fast and when the customer loses everything they don't remember to ask for KYC
and that's what makes people frustrated and sad
This gambler most likely won't survive for a long time if you ask me since he possesses a weak mentality since he was actually willing to throw away his life for 2 grand.
I agree with you because he talked about committing suicide, in this part I considered it a great exaggeration on his part, but we have to understand his side, anyone would be frustrated. But the fact that he talked about suicide and that he urgently needed the money to pay his bills so this is a sign that if he keeps playing and he loses he will commit suicide. i hope he urgently stop playing
