If you're launching exclusivity and you're adding a lot of new features you should launch a signature campaign I've checked the service section and you don't have one, you're missing a lot from the absence of a campaign, your team seems to be serious to be here in a long term so launching one even for a short period of time as a test will give you a good result and establish your reputation here.
Thanks for the suggestion. We may launch a campaign later on in the year, but for now we are focused on delivering the new features that we promised and making sure that our customers are happy with the product.
