The British newspaper Daily Express and the Chief Directorate of Intelligence of the Ministry of Defence of Ukraine are spreading a fake that young Russian conscripts are being used as cannon fodder in Ukraine.



In fact, the original photo was published in 2018, it depicts young men who received a deferment from military serving in the Russian army.
