To be honest, I don't think listing on major exchanges like Binance and Kucoin will harm the project. At least the price of the BFG token is unlikely to become less than it is now. In addition, you should keep in mind that listing on any exchange is not only a short-term pump and dump, but it also increases the influx of new users for the project, as well as additional market liquidity.
Even if BFG token is listed on 2 DEXs right now which is more safer way to buy and hold for me, not everyone knows how to use those platforms. Many still prefers to buy on CEX because it is more convenient. Listing on those popular exchanges will boost the popularity of their project. Not all will bother to create an account on the CEX that they are currently listed and there is a risk that those platforms could close in the future as they are not proven to be reputable yet.
