You still lucky to get the money even if you violated the rules. Well, they are just too busy handling other things and it’s good that it’s ok already. The support might experience some delay on replying but rest assured that Rollbit team is working hard to address all the issues, this is one of the proof. Can’t wait for their updates with Rollbot and new things on their platform, they are just good on innovating.
