Saturday's gossip:
Paris St-Germain offered Neymar to Manchester City just before the transfer deadline - but the Premier League champions turned down the chance to sign the Brazil forward. This would be really shocking news if it really happened and says a lot about the relationship between the club and Neymar, which is clearly not good. In Manchester, they obviously assessed that they don't need Neymar because of the package that comes with him, difficult character, quarrels and conflicts in the team, frequent injuries etc.
Manchester United's football director John Murtough has accepted the club should have abandoned talks over signing Netherland midfielder Frenkie de Jong, 25, from Barcelona much earlier than they did. They concluded it well at the end of that whole story. Does Manchester even have a long-term football strategy regarding football transfers? I don't think so. Every season we see complete chaos and disorganization.

https://www.bbc.com/sport/62773289I think Manchester City have no interest in signing Neymar from PSG however they have enough players in their attacking positions and signing Neymar will be surplus to requirements at that position. They already have two suitable players at all positions, the number of Brazilians in the league now is alarming it starting to feel like the Brazilians are taken over the league already.
